Online Therapy for Women and Couples in Ontario

This therapeutic space welcomes you to come as you are, and together, we can work towards who you desire to be. I am committed to creating an inclusive, anti-oppressive, and compassionate environment for women, parents, and individuals navigating complex transitions.

As an Afro-Caribbean immigrant in Canada and a new parent, I bring diverse lived experiences to my work. I welcome those who are also navigating layered identities, cultural changes, or systemic stressors.

I have experience supporting individuals and couples through the reproductive stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, and birth-related trauma. I also support clients through grief, anxiety, relational challenges, and emotional awareness work. Whether you are moving through parenthood, life transitions, or cultural identity stress, I want you to feel seen, understood, and empowered with tools to move forward.

I believe in the therapeutic power of creative expression and encourage clients to draw on their existing strengths, passions, and communities as part of their healing.

My approach is trauma-informed and draws from Relational Cultural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Culturally Responsive and Socially Just frameworks. I am excited to collaborate with you.

Experience

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have completed the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Training Certificate in Perinatal Grief and Loss and Birth and Reproductive Trauma. Prior to my private practice work, I worked in the psychiatry department of a major hospital. I believe in making therapy accessible and compassionate for every client.
