Our Psychotherapy Fees

We would be delighted to support you in improving your emotional health, enhancing your overall quality of life and reaching your personal goals.  We truly believe in the positive impact that therapy can have on an individual’s life and are grateful to witness this transformation time and time again. 

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY:

Session rates range from $160 to $220, depending on the psychotherapist.

We offer a 15-minute complimentary consultation for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy, and to have a sense of what working together would look like.

Although every therapy treatment plan can look different, you can expect to see positive changes in 8-12 sessions or earlier, as you gain awareness, find clarity and learn new skills in therapy sessions.

Yes, we do offer sliding scale fees. In order to make therapy more accessible, we have therapists on our team who offer different therapy fees.

Choosing the right therapist is an important decision to make. We offer free 15-minute telephone consultations with our therapists in order to ensure that you choose the right therapists for you.

Yes, we offer therapy services to all individuals including men and those that identify as men.
Yes. Online therapy is proven to be effective in treating postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety. At Bloom Well Therapy, we specialize in reproductive mental health and provide virtual therapy for new and expecting mothers across Ontario, helping you manage overwhelming emotions and feel more grounded during this transition.

Yes. All of our sessions are held online and are available to any client located in Ontario. Whether you’re in Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, or a rural area, you can access online therapy for women’s mental health and reproductive wellness from the comfort of your home.
Yes. Our therapy services are provided by registered psychotherapists and registered social workers, which means they are covered by most extended health insurance plans in Ontario. We recommend checking your coverage for psychotherapy or clinical counselling.
Absolutely. We support clients navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife mental health changes. Our therapists are trained in recognizing and treating symptoms such as mood changes, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and identity shifts that can arise during these life stages.
