Felicia completed her diploma in Behavioural Sciences from Seneca College. She holds certifications in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Anti-Racism, Crisis Prevention Intervention, and Data Analytics. Before beginning her role at Bloom Well Therapy, Felicia worked as an Educational Assistant in a school setting. She has interests in the areas of psychology, self-growth, and development.
