Online Therapy for Women in Ontario

As you move through life, you may be faced with unexpected challenges that make it harder to move with ease. Whether it’s a major life transition, a mental health struggle, or the weight of unresolved trauma, having the right support can help you return to a life that feels meaningful and manageable.

I offer online therapy across Ontario, in a holistic and inclusive space where you will feel heard, validated, and supported. My practice focuses on women’s mental health, reproductive mental health, and perinatal support.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process and heal from trauma. I work with a diverse client base and recognize the unique needs of every individual, collaborating closely to ensure your therapeutic journey is one of growth and self-fulfillment. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
