Fernanda Villanueva M.S.W., R.S.W.
Founder & ClinicAL Director
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
As you move through life, you may be faced with unexpected challenges making it harder to move with ease. Whether it’s life transitions, mental health challenges, or overcoming trauma, having the right support can make it easier for you to return to a life you enjoy. I offer a holistic and inclusive space where you will feel heard, validated and supported.
I draw from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Compassion-Focussed Therapy (CFT). I also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a compliment to talk therapy in order to process and overcome trauma. I work with a diverse client base and recognize the unique needs of every individual, and collaborate with each to ensure your therapeutic journey is one of growth and self-fulfilment. Offers therapy in English and Spanish.
