Katie Arnold M.S.W., R.S.W.

Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Life is a journey filled with ups and downs, and sometimes we can feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Life’s challenges can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. I bring a unique and empathetic approach to therapy, shaped by my own journey. I understand firsthand the diverse challenges life can present, and I work collaboratively with clients to create a personalized plan that best suits their individual needs.

My practice is grounded in research and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care for those facing life’s most difficult challenges. My approach is holistic and client-centred, considering the unique intersection of your mental, emotional, and environmental factors. I incorporate a trauma-informed approach and utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and a Strengths-Based and Mindfulness Based approach, while actively listening and building a strong therapeutic rapport.

Whether you’re seeking to heal, grow, or simply feel more balanced, my goal is to provide the tools and support you need to move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll creat a personalized plan to help you thrive and build and more meaningful, fulfilling life.
