Katie Arnold M.S.W., R.S.W.
Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially during major life transitions like pregnancy, postpartum, and becoming a parent. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, identity changes, relationship challenges, postpartum depression, or simply feeling unlike yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide compassionate, client-centred therapy for individuals seeking support through pregnancy, postpartum, and maternal mental health challenges.
I understand firsthand how emotionally and physically demanding this stage of life can be, and I work collaboratively with clients to create a personalized plan that supports their unique needs, goals, and overall well-being. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered as you move through the challenges of parenthood, fertility struggles, pregnancy anxiety, postpartum recovery, and life transitions.
My practice is grounded in research, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapy approaches. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based approaches, and strengths-based therapy to support emotional wellness and lasting growth.
Whether you are seeking therapy for pregnancy, postpartum depression or anxiety, motherhood overwhelm, or general mental health support, my goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and connected. Together, we’ll create a personalized approach to help you heal, grow, and build a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
