This fall, we’re rolling out our very first series of virtual workshops designed to support women through the seasons of reproductive mental health.
These workshops are a safe, supportive space to learn, connect, and take away practical tools that you can use right away. Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, the challenges of early parenthood, or simply want to better understand your own mental health journey—you’re in the right place.
Fall 2025 Workshops
2. Postpartum Mental Health & Support
Perimenopause is often talked about in terms of physical symptoms—but the emotional impact can be just as powerful. Anxiety, mood shifts, brain fog, and changes in identity can all surface during this transition.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
- Common emotional experiences in the postpartum period
- How to identify when more support might be needed
- Practical ways to care for yourself during early parenthood
- How to ask for (and receive) support from the people around you
This workshop is for parents in the postpartum period, their partners, or anyone who wants to better understand how to support new mothers.

Supporting the Supporters: Mental Health for Doulas & Birthworkers
Doulas and birthworkers are at the heart of one of life’s most vulnerable and powerful transitions. While they hold space for others, they’re also human—navigating their own emotions, stress, and life challenges along the way. Balancing the role of caregiver and individual can be deeply rewarding, but also emotionally taxing.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
- The unique emotional challenges doulas and birthworkers face
- How to recognize signs of burnout, compassion fatigue, or overwhelm
- Practical strategies to protect your mental health while supporting others
- Tools to set boundaries and cultivate resilience in your caregiving role
- Ways to create your own support system and community of care
This workshop is for doulas, birthworkers, and anyone in a caregiving role during the perinatal period who wants to strengthen their mental health, sustain their passion, and show up with presence—for their clients and themselves.

Perimenopause & Mental Health
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
- The connection between perimenopause and mental health
- Tools for managing mood, anxiety, and stress during this stage
- How to communicate your needs with partners, family, and healthcare providers
- Ways to reclaim energy and feel grounded in your body
This workshop is for you if you’re starting to notice changes, are in the thick of perimenopause, or simply want to be better prepared for the journey ahead.
