Gillian Marit M.S.W., R.S.W.

Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Coping with life’s many challenges can be overwhelming, leaving you feeling isolated and uncertain. I provide compassionate support to individuals and families navigating the complex emotions of grief and loss, life transitions, and the beautiful journey of attachment and parenting. Together, we will explore your unique experiences, validate your emotions, and empower you to find healing and growth. I am here to accompany you every step of the way.

My approach is collaborative, research based, and informed by years of practice. I incorporate Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy models, but I most often work from an integrative therapeutic approach to allow for flexibility and curiosity. I believe in the power of the therapeutic connection, and I am committed to creating a trusting relationship built on empathy, respect, and collaboration.
