Yasmin Ahmad Psychotherapist at Bloom Well Therapy

Yasmin Ahmad RP (Q)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

We often keep our burdens and challenging lived experiences, both past and present, to ourselves out of fear of not being understood by others. These burdens and experiences eventually begin to weigh us down, impacting how we move through life, our interactions with others, and our overall mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

My focus is on your individual needs and unique experiences. My aim is to collaborate with you to create a plan to reach your therapeutic goals, by helping you identify your strengths and capabilities, and develop the tools you need during your therapeutic journey. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Culturally Sensitive, and Solution Focused Brief therapies. I strive to provide a safe, welcome, and comfortable space where you can be the truest version of yourself, and offer support as an empathic witness to your lived experience.
